30-Day Return Policy
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return—even if the product has been used.
Eligibility for Returns
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition. This means the item should be returned as it was received and include the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The return is due to an error on our part, or
- The product is defective or the wrong item was sent
Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of a replacement and ship it as soon as possible.
Note: Shipping delays caused by customs clearance (which are beyond our control) are not valid reasons for a return.
Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to report any defects or incorrect items.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Process

Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
